Invoice factoring set-up

UK Invoice Factoring service set-up

If  you are already exporting to UK clients, but via distributors or “middlemen”, and you wish to arrange invoice finance so that you can export directly to your clients, then RKG Consulting can help.  We are accountants and tax consultants and we can help you set-up and administer the factoring process.  We do not do marketing nor can we help you acquire clients or business in the UK.

Our services

  1. We can set-up your UK company, provide a registered office and a company secretary as you will require a UK company for factoring finance to be available.
  2. We can introduce you to a UK bank and assist in providing documents (e.g business plan, cash flow/profit forecasts) and correspond with the bank on your behalf so that an offer for invoice factoring can be made to you by the bank.  Up to 85{e68217344b855fcd608ed2c4c41f83644da7cd41ea524fbfa2ad06c632d3255d} of the value of your invoices can be paid to you within 24 hours.
  3. We can assist in the opening of a business current account at the bank so that receipts can be credited and payments made from this account.
  4. We can generate your sales invoices in accordance with UK legislation and lodge these with the bank so factoring payments can be made against these invoices.
  5. We can maintain your UK sales ledger as the bank will require these records to be maintained in the UK.
