    VAT Package: 2010 & beyond
    Since 1 Jan 2010 the place of supply of most cross-border B2B services has been where the customer is established & subject to "reverse charge". From 1 Jan 2011 the same applies to B2B "entertainment" services. B2C is VAT-able where "activities" take place. B2B for "admission" (e.g.tickets) to entertainment is where "event" takes place.
